What do CareGivers do if a resident becomes anxious?

The low resident-to-caregiver ratio (generally 5-to-1 or less) allows us to react quickly to any anxiety issues. We find that there are fewer issues with anxiety and confusion because of the familiarity with CareGivers and the small, residential-style surroundings.
