Are residents allowed to go outdoors?

Residents are encouraged to enjoy the secure, fenced backyard.  Garden areas and walking paths create a welcome environment for residents to get out and enjoy the fresh air.  During warm months, residents and their CareGiver often gather on the deck or patio.
